SHIPPING POLICY

When can I expect to receive my order?

​Orders are processed from 9:30am-4pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday (except US federal holidays). Orders are processed during weekdays 9:30am-4pm PST. Orders will not be processed on weekends or US federal holidays.

Priority Mail Express orders placed before noon M-F ship out same-day.

Incorrectly submitted address-

Please confirm that the shipping and billing addresses you provided are correct before placing your order. Incorrect submissions may result in delayed deliveries or returned packages.

If the package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking fee has been paid by the customer.

Items Returning:

Only unopened, unused CBD products will be accepted as returns. After the item is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued, with a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Missing items:

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a picture of your packing slip and the items received. Once you have submitted your claim for review, we will assist you in adjusting the issue.

Purchasing a few items from different brands will arrive separately from different destinations depending on their locations.

 

Orders from ‘’Good Life’’ are to be shipped in plain envelopes or boxes with the brands ordered address on the shipping label.
